As our non stop effort to try to promote sustainable seafood consumption, Chef Duarte brought to NECN TV Diner show a couple of super fresh localfully traceable Scups from Captain Steve Arnold and Trace and Trust. Eating whole fish in the US is not very common and there are many underutilized species that deserve a try, so if you see a whole local fish in a menu, it will taste better!!
