Beef Anticuchos featured on TV Diner to Celebrate Boston’s 2012 Summer Restaurant Week

Taranta is participating on Boston’s Restaurant Week 2012, once again creating a fun and interesting menu, besides a Salvadorian Chicken with Pito Blossom and Loroco Flower we are doing a staple of Peruvian cuisine, the Anticucho, a very common dish that is started as a street food.¬† Typically anticuchos are made of marinated Cow’s Heart, but we are using hanger Steak.
